 Dr Louise Humphries Dip. M., BSc, MSc, PhD.
Louise leads our social research activities. Her extensive work experience spans the range from micro-enterprises in East Africa through to SMEs and multinationals in the UK right through to the Cranfield School of Management. Louise has a particular expertise in innovative approaches to research and marketing, and is a founder member of the New Marketing Research Group at Cranfield.

Julia leads on our social marketing activities. She established her own award winning tourism business in Germany before moving to the UK to work within the women's enterprise sector. Her expertise includes project management, events, and project innovation. As a qualified marketing and PR consultant, she has worked on national projects in the education/HEI sector.

Jenny leads on our training design and delivery. Her expertise includes developing and delivering enterprise and back to work programmes, enterprise events and 1-1 support. Jenny is passionate about innovating and delivering learning programmes that help clients progress their lives.

 Heather Taylor
Heather has been involved in education & training since 1986 - working in the public and private sectors. She is a qualified Skills for life and further education trainer, and has extensive experience of working with vulnerable learners of all ages. She specialises in embedding literacy into personal development and work related programmes. Heather is currently the key worker on our Springboard to Work project.
